Two of there agent gave me the wrong information and now they are trying to charge me a storage fee for the day after I made my final payment. I call the Copart where I purchased the car and the supervisor there cut me mid-sentence and wouldn’t let me speak right after that, when I asked for their corporate number she final gave it to be after my 10th request.
I call the number and I was hung up on 3 times and when I Finally got a live person she told be that I have to hang up and call the number again because her department was the yard and she can’t help me.
The lack of customer service and being treated so inhuman. I have friend s who work with uber and lyft who are looking to buy cars and are asking me for recommendations about Copart and I cannot allow them to go through the same treatment I received from the this company.
